Clean the puja area and prepare a small altar with a picture or idol of Lord Satyanarayan.
Keep the puja samagri ready, such as flowers, incense, diya, fruits, sweets, water pot, and prasad.
Take a bath, wear clean clothes, and sit calmly facing east or north.
Place the kalash and set up the deity in the center of the altar.
Light the diya and incense, then do sankalp by praying and stating the purpose of the puja.
Offer flowers, Akshat, water, fruits, and sweets while chanting prayers and mantras.
Read or listen to the Satyanarayan Katha carefully with devotion.
Perform aarti, ring the bell, and offer final prayers.
Distribute prasad to everyone present and end with gratitude.
