Puja Process

1. Clean the puja area and place an idol or picture of Laddu Gopal or Lord Krishna on a clean altar.

2. Keep essential items ready, such as a ghee lamp, incense, flowers, Tulsi leaves, sweets like laddus or makhan-mishri, and clean water.

3. Purify the space by lighting the lamp and incense, and sit calmly in front of the altar.

4. Take a sankalp by mentally stating your name and the purpose of the anushthan, such as child blessing, conception, or child wellbeing.

5. Offer a simple abhishek if doing one at home, usually with water, milk, or honey, and then dress or decorate the idol with cloth and flowers.

6. Begin mantra japa with a rosary if available, and chant the Santan Gopal mantra with devotion .

7. Offer bhog such as butter, mishri, fruits, or milk-based sweets with a loving and humble attitude

8. Perform aarti and pray for blessing, health, and protection for the child or future child.
